"As for what I ordered - all I can say is, "OH, WOW!!" Both the Carbon and the Steel (superwash merino lambswool laps) are Much More Gorgeous than I expected and are going to be an Absolute Joy to spin! The only problem I'm having is - do I want to spin them on a spindle and enjoy them as long as I can, or do I want to get them on the wheel so I can spin more quickly and place another order sooner? " can't resist chiming in here to say that the superwash laps I got from Leah are the softest and fluffiest superwash I have ever seen. Granted I haven't had a lot of fiber xperience, but the fiber I have is so soft and fluffy that I never would have guessed it was superwash. I know some people shy away from superwash, but I love the idea of it (I have four kids and whatever I knit for them has to be washable. Nayy, of course. Just a happy customer." Catharine

Such lovely stuff to spin. I finished plying the pound of kid mohair & merino, and last night I dyed it a deep old rose color. As you already know, that combination of fibers took the dye beautifully and the finished yarn has a jewel-like sheen. In short, I have been so very happy with everything I have purchased from you. "Hey everyone, I just got the order that I placed with Leah a little while ago - and I just wanted to say thank you so much! The kid mohair/merino samples that you sent me are so gorgeous - I will definitely be placing an order for some in the near future. The Hazelnut Superwash merino is sooooooo soft! I have worked with a lot of merino, but usually in roving form - this is more of a cloud, and it's OMG absolutely and totally gorgeous! I can see myself plying it with some silk and spinning a very fine laceweight - Can't wait to get started on it! I also ordered some of the silk/merino laps, just plain white - I do a lot of dyeing, and can't wait to get to this batch either....
